Refund and Return Policy

2.Please ask for all the details before buying.

3.We will only offer replacement if item is considered defective upon receipt of the item.

4.For wrong items shipped or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item and return items within 3 days upon receipt.

5.After the 3-day timeframe, the item will be considered as received in good condition.

MPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at ecompinas@gmail.com within 24-hours after your checkout. Failure to do so will lead us to process your order as is.

ECOMPINAS is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.

ECOMPINAS will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives in your country and:

The customer refuses to accept the package and/or
No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package,
then ECOMPINAS reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
